We offer flexible annual contracts to ensure reliable, long-term performance of your HVAC systems. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) covers one year of troubleshooting and customer support. The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) includes complete servicing of both Indoor and Outdoor Units, along with issue resolution. For premium coverage, our Operation & Maintenance Contract (O&M) provides a dedicated, Hisense-trained service engineer on-site, offering full system servicing and continuous monitoring to maintain optimal operation and efficiency.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

Includes complete servicing of both IDU and ODU along with troubleshooting support for one year.

Operation & Maintenance Contract (O&M)
